Billing and Invoices
After subscribing to Tideways, we send a monthly or yearly invoice attached as a PDF to the invoice e-mail address, entered during the checkout. The Tideways UI allows viewing of the billing details, all invoices, and making changes.
In the top navigation click.
Each of your organizations is listed on the screen.
Click on "Details" to continue for a selected organization.
Finally, click the Button Change Subscription Details & View invoices. A screen opens with subscription, billing information, and invoices informations, as in the following screenshot.
To Download your Invoices Please log in to your tideways account and use the following link. https://app.tideways.io/settings/billing
Then you will see the following screen.
Now you can select your organization by clicking on Details.
Now you can see the following screen where you can click on the button Change Subscription Details & View Invoices.
Then you can see the following screen. Now you can select the Invoice you need and download it.
You can see where the invoice emails are currently sent to on the following screen. You can change the invoice emails by clicking on the button "Change Invoice Emails".
The following screen will open. Here you can list all emails, that should receive the invoice email as a comma seperated list.
You can pause your subscription. For that you have to click on the button Cancel/Pause Subscription.
The following screen will open. Here you can click on the button pause subscription.
Now you have successfully paused your subscription. You can see the date where your pause will start.
You can cancel your subscription directly from the billing details page. For that please click on the button Cancel Subscription.
The following screen will open. It will be helpfull for us to know the reason why you are cancelling your Subscription. We will be happy when you give us your feedback.
Now you have successfully cancelled your subscription.
